Exemption Section In order to participate in the Senior Citizen / Dis- abled Property Tax Exemption Program participants have to be 62+, or disabled. Gross household in- come must be less than $35,000 to participate. Ex- emption is only allowed on primary residence. The senior program preoperty tax exemption forms may be accessed online, or you may have one mailed to you. The assessor’s office will be happy to assist you in filling out your paperwork, just call or stop by the office.
